    Please post your entry here for Plate of Salad

    This category is to replace 'One Lettuce' so that people who grow Salad Leaves can join in too. Your entry should be a plate of any salad grown by you, shown in an attractive way. It may include ingredients other than lettuce/leaves as long as they were grown by you.

      Plate includes:

      Iceberg, Lolla Rosso, Salad Bowl, All The Year Round, Rocket,

      and herbs:
      Mint, Chive, Corriander, Parsley

      I tried dressing it in one picture, but it just made it look dirty...tasted good though

        My salad flowers

        My plate of salad: tomato, radish seed pots, various lettuce leaves and water cress and mastard leaves and flowers.

        The two flowers are made of tomato cos lettuce and radish seed pots.

            a filling,colourfull salad,full of flavour

            a bed of potato-slaw,dressed with 4 types of tomatoes and red onion ring slices,with sliced cucumber and beetroot,

            the potato-slaw was made with the following ingredients diced,cooked potato,cucumber,white onion,thinly sliced red cabbage,tosed in a little lo fat mayo,and fresh ground black pepper,
            toms...red pear,brown berry,gardeners delight,golden sunrise,
            cucumber...market more,beetroot...baltardy
            all lottie grown,with the exception of the mayo and pepper
