    Broad bean and Mint puree with Mint tea



    Broad beans, shallots, garlic and mint, blended with Homemade Wild berry vinegar, sunflower oil and sea salt.
    Salt Spring Tomato.
    Served with a glass of Chilled mint tea.

        Here's out dinner tonight! Stuffed Patty Pan (also featured on one squash!) Twas Yum

        As well as the patty pan it includes, home grown shallot, garlic, courgette, tomato and chilli... I didnt grow the bacon...

            spicy bean stew: home grown everything (chilli, herbs, garlic, carrot, courgette, onion, tomatoes, even the kidney beans)

                Mini 'Cornish' Pasties

                With homegrown onions, turnips and potatoes (all properly shripped) and locally reared beef.
