Default Pansy Seeds

Does anyone know if saved pansy seeds ar true type to their parents? I know with some plants the saved seeds can results in child plants that vary from the parent and some hold true...?

Basically I have a nice mix of pansys in my garden and some I didn't spot to deadhead and they have lovely fat seed heads on them. I'm going to keep the seeds but if I know they will hold true to type I will save the purples seperate to the maroons and peaches etc...?

Or, will the seeds be 'random' coloured pansies and therefore just collect them all into one pot anyway?

Cheers guys
