Default overwintering baby veg

Hello
I have a few babies on my allotment - baby sprouts, cabbage, spinach etc. They were given to me in November and are now about 6 inches tall...
My question is whether or not they will burst into life once it gets warmer? If they will, can I expect to get all these lovely winter veg in the early summer? Or should I just pull them up and feed them to the rabbits (who are still rife!).
Thanks!
Ali

Don't pull them up! They are just about to go into a growth spurt. Soon you will be able to watch the plants visibly grow a little each day.
