Planted witch hazel as a right had stop in back beds.
Planted out 2 pots of Lola Rossi splitting each in half
Potted on vanilla grass
Repotted bay and found the suckers had taken root so now have 5 bay seedlings.
All mints into cold frame
Sweet peas planted out on diagonal strings tied to archway. Monty said diagonal is best for fruit cos of lateral hormones so why not. Taking a risk on a late frost but they have been in cold frame for a month now. Gotta do it sometime and whilst I have time!!
Another night scented stock in front garden.
Willow trellis installed behind medicine bed.
Goji seedling planted on into ji3 hope it's not too rich but there are gonna stay there now for a couple of months.
Pruned photinia back to 3ft buds.
Recycled a big bags of pots to birkacre and cleared patio of recent gardening rubbish. At least a quick sweep will make this a sitting area again.
Overdone it should have done the heavy stuff first.
