| Thanks for that Mr Grief! ![]() I have to admit that my knowledge of insects is almost nil other than wasps, bees , mosquitoes, dragonflies, bluebottles, butterflies, mot hs, green/white/blackfly,flea beetle, lily beetle, vine weevils, cockroaches, maybugs, stick insects and praying mantis. Can't think of many others which instantly jump to mind...oh oh...fleas and lice ![]() ![]() Today I was looking up this little chap doing their stuff on my mint... Google Image Result for http://popgen.unimaas.nl/~jlindsey/commanster/Insects/Beetles/SpBeetles/Gastrophysa.viridula3.jpg ...pretty eh? ( but not for long methinks!) Good idea to find out more about our wildlife! ![]() Last edited by Nicos; 23-06-2008 at 08:24 PM. |
