    What are these ?

    Hi everyone I am not sure if I'm putting this in the right place I have recently noticed in my back garden mainly around my rhubarb some what I thought were honey bees but I'm unsure the seem to hover quite a lot and seem very inquisitive (they just seem to hover and watch whatever your doing) they really seem to like sitting on my rhubarb I think I just counted around 10 of these in my garden can you help identify them please.

          Thanks to you all :-) they do look vey similar to honey bees though but looking at that link most of them do.
