Default Slug breeding! YUK!

Just been out into the side garden (no veg in there - thank goodness!). There was one adult slug on the wall, and I reckon up to 100 babies climbing up the wall - REVOLTING! when do these things stop breeding, or do they just keep going all year?
I suppose they could crawl around the side of the house to my veg plots - what do you think? should I collect them all and move them "elsewhere"?

Collect and remove them DDL, but you gotta take em a mile or two away, and carry on doing it for a long time every night for 2 weeks or so before you'll see any real improvement, or so I read on here somewhere! lol!

Don't bring them down my way DDL ! Think of the environment - using petrol and emissions just kill them, kill, kill, kill

Last year I collected the slugs and snails and put them in a bucket of water. They downed. Problem then was vile smell eminating from the bucket.....I asked my husband to empty the bucket for me. He was nearly sick...Yes part of me did have a smile on my face as I replied I didn't know it smelled that bad.

Gross! I just can't bring myself to do that. Sorry but it is the expensive and bird/hedgehog safe slug pellets for me.
