  • rhubarb leaf problems

    We have grown rhubarb from seed, and seem to have a possible pest/disease problem.

    Anyone got any idea's?

    Note, they are still under glass.

    I think it's due to weather conditions. Anyway, you don't eat the leaves! Give them a bit longer and see how they go.

      Thanks for the response.

      I have been trying to harden them off but it is just so windy outside. I want to let them grow a couple of years before harvesting to aid the development of a healthy crown.

        Good plan. You could probably pick a stick or two in Year 2 but it's better for the plant if you can hold off.
