I reckon you want to be growing "greenhouse" crops, rather than things that are normally grown outside. But a few lettuce etc. sown early to harvest early would be nice.

The "Greenhouse crops" I grow are Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Sweet & Chilli Peppers, Aubergines, Melons.

Using the tunnel to start things off, which you then plant outside, is also an option. Brassicas, Beans, Lettuce, and so on. That will give them a flying start next spring.
