| If you take a few leaves in a plastic see-through bag ( so as not to pass on the disease) to your nearest large garden centre , they may be able to help you. Do let us know how you get on as I was given an olive tree for my birthday and it would be good to look out for problems. Are you able to post a photo of it???? The only other thing I've heard about is black scale Last edited by Nicos; 26-04-2007 at 12:21 PM. |

| Hi TEB (Rooter), I am looking for a diagnosis of the black Sooty deposits you mention that is affecting my olive tree as well. Did you ever learn what it was? I hope I am leaving access to the image here! ![]() Eric Last edited by eric.smart@smart54.plus.c; 25-10-2008 at 12:26 PM. |
