leaf miners on chard

I was looking for help on leaf miner prob and found this site so I registered . Hello everyone.
Is there a safe insecticide I can use on my chard for leaf miners. Last year's crop was badly damaged and I have just noticed signs of them on my new plants. The good news is that this Spring's growth on last years crop has been really good
