Default dealing with snails: copper tape on ebay

I built a slug/snail fortress 2 weeks ago, a box with copper tape around the bottom and a fleece wall above it (will post picture with another thread as soon as OH is back with the camera).

But decided that I needed some more copper tape, just bought 12 rolls of the stuff of ebay for 19:50 inc shipping, that's a quarter of the price I've seen elsewhere.

Seller doesn't have any more 12 roll packs right now but does still have 3 packs for £6.

Similar stuff is about £7 from chase so I thought I'd let you all know now that I've selfishly yoinked the 12 pack

I've found it really works so I hope this stuff is as good as the tape I bought before. My courgettes in the ground are not more, the ones in my copper lined fortress are currently untouched.
