yesterday we were geared up for an early afternoon BBQ. started up the grill, rain started. so instead of running inside, hubby shuffled the BBQ undercover and i ran out and put all my pots outside - saves me watering them

BBQ was yum, nice and cosy under gazebo, eating to the sound of the rain on the canvaswww.tuscana.net 2 junctions from disney, fully equipped apartment. unit 1307 if anyone wants to book their accomodation -
It was really nice here yesterday, we had a BBQ, so i was impressed that i had booked leave from work today to give me a long weekend and some peace and quiet in the garden today ! i was mortified this morning when i saw the BBC weather report ! when its shows on their map green meaning torrential rain, it was right over where i live !!! it was throwing it down this morning, but has held off now and its quite warm, so managed to bag 4 hours in the garden rain free !, i can see it coming in the the distance though nasty black clouds !Last edited by louisesgarden; 15-06-2009, 12:44 PM.Comment

Other parts of Kent have had flash floods but we have had hot sunshine here. We may get the rain over night. Perfect garden weather - sun and rain :-)BumbleB

Its torrential rain here, way too much for the drain system, its gushing up from the manhole covers
