Default Winter onions

Hi All,
Im thinking of cropping another load of winter onions,
can anybody give me a list of varietys to crop,
last year i cropped Japanese onions from wilkos,it was my first year and they were a success, any suggestions welcome,oh i would like them to be sets not seed.
