Default When do I harvest garlic?

My garlic has started to look a bit limp with all this recent rain, leaves are yellowing and going rusty? Bulbs are starting to poke above the surface and slugs and snails look very interested. Should I pull them up now?

No do not pull them ease a fork under them and lever them up if you pull them you could damage them leave them on top of the ground for a day or two to give the sun chance to dry them a bitif you have greenhouse hang them up in there with the roots down jacob
