Default Utter disaster

I posted a while ago that I had rather overdone the winter veg.....
That was before the flopsy bunnies found my garden
I am left with 4 early psb, 1 late psb and 3 cauliflowers - the cabbage didn't germinate so well and a second sowing leaves me with 20 seedlings in the green house. Am I too late to try again??
The sowing dates on the packets have long passed (May for the cauli - marvel of all seasons, late spring for the late psb and midsummer for the early Rudolph psb) Is it worth a shot or am I unlikely to gat anything worthwhile from the crop??
I am very sad and disappointed
Any suggestions??

I have seen winter veg plants such as cabbages, brussels, kale in our local markets (in the Lot et Garonne) during the last few weeks. That might be a help. I also have winter spinach and cabbage seeds that should be planted (according to the packets) at the end of August. Good luck. Hope you can retrieve the situation a bit.

I'm still planting out savoy cabbage seedlings and PSB seedlings. Don't know if they'll do anything, but they take up space where the weeds would grow Even if I just get some leaves, the chickens will be happy

But I don't have any chickens (yet...................................)!
I have planted a load more seeds and will just have to wait and see, the weather here is much cooler and wetter this week, so maybe they will germinate in time.

Should be no problem with sowing winter/spring greens. The only thing you may need to do is give a bit of protection if we get a severe winter. They still have plenty of time yet to get to a reasonable size before they stop growing.
