Default Update On Pepper Problem(and better pics)

I posted a pic of my pepper plants infested with something, anyway I have had chance to get some better pics, I have also found some catapiller things on them but the appear to be eating the whitefly/aphids?? And I have sprayed the plants with a soapy solution. DOes anyone else have anymore recomendations?

Many Thanks

Sorry for posting the pics large its just so you can get a good view of the bugs

No expert, but I don't see holes in the leaves and I would therefore guess that the caterpillar-y thing is some kind of aphid eating grub. If so - lucky you!

Does it look like this? (hoverfly larva)

It doesn't look like a lacewing or ladybird larva to me as they've got legs and yours hasn't...

Aren't those little nodule things something like the scale bug?

Also I think the other insect is a ladybird larva - who has a voracious appettite for aphids.
