At the beginning of last years tomato season, I received a few seeds for a tomato which originated in Romania. I decided to grow two plants, one in a tub, the other in the ground and I had great results with both. Not only were the tomatoes all over 300g, but they tasted terrific and we loved them. I had a bad year for seeds so didn't save many, but have passed some on to a couple of grapes to try this season in U.K.
Here's a couple of photos.

Courgette and squash ok as are beetroot, red and spring onions. 2 of my 6 potato bags completely trashed by slugs. They had to be my favourites too (Charlotte). This is my first year so not sure if all is going according to plan, but I'm pretty darn pleased so far.
Oh, am on my 4th sowing of climbing beans as all others have gone the same way as my spuds.
