Got the same on tonnes of mine this year, also (I think) due to the dry weather. Tried searching for a way to fix it on here but search function doesn't include end or rot and there's a Lot of things with blossoms!

Mine stabilized as the plants stopped growing so quickly and as I watered more often but I lost a lot of plum tomatoes. I have come across some suggestions on t'internet that say that mulching can help prevent it and that fertilizing with higher nitrogen fertilizers can exacerbate the condition on affected plants (though not sure how true that one is as mine did it with a low nitrogen feed initially).

It's blossom end rot due to lack of calcium through irregular watering. Regular watering ensures that calcium is moved through the plant. I have a drip feed irrigation system and don't get it.

You need to include the "add" symbol.
Blossom + end + rot will include all those words

Strange that an add for imodium appears below a thread with bottoms mentioned in it?

The blossom end rot doesn't usually affect all the tom. I just let them ripen, cut off the bad bit then eat the rest.

                    Bottom end rot

Its bottom end rot. I would pick them off and hope that some new ones will come. If you under-water them they can split. Keep watering them!

I got it quite badly last year (or at least my tomatoes did!), but this year I'm only growing cherry varieties. Not had the problem once, even though I've been away for the odd hot weekend and come back to drooping plants.
It seems that larger varieties are more susceptible, which seems intuitive.
