im growing 3 garden pearl toms in baskets. 1 in multi purpose compst 1 in a mix of multi and home made compost and 1 in home made compost. i also have 5yr old pony poo should i add this or leave well alone

What weekly feeds are you going to add once the original nutrients have been used up ?The proof of the growing is in the eating.

If you have plenty of access to the pony poo and want to use it in future, then I'd mix it in with the 3 types of mixes and use it again in future.

I have Gartenpearle ready to plant out but I haven't got a hanging basket.
Think I'll just use a hanging bucket 
and a wall pouch made from a cast iron gutter down comer!
