I never grew radishes before, they've sprouted nicely but am I supposed to G thin them out? If so, what gap should I leave and can I replant them out to the ones I pull out go in the bin?

Thanks. I'm very short on space so I can't do staggered plantings... once they are grown are they best left in the ground until needed or should they all be dug up in one go?Comment

And they won't last long at this time of year in the ground either.
Being tight I find it easier to use something like a cut down Morrisons flower buckets. Plant 30 odd seeds spaced in each one, plant another every 2/3 weeks, no thinning, no waste and less compost. Four containers will keep two of us in radish all season.Potty by name Potty by nature.
