| I know summer PSB is a fairly new thing, but would be interested in anyone elses experience with it. I sowed mine and it is now about 8inch tall but the purple sprout bit has started to form. Not at all like ordinary PSB which is 2ft plus before it sprouts. Ian gojilottie |

| They are a different strain and won't produce the quantity of their bigger cousins - but 8 inches does sound more like the size of a calabrese plant. Which particular variety are you growing? They're usually a result of a cross between a broccoli and some kind of chinese brassica - and we know how quick some of them can be! Last edited by Cutecumber; 21-05-2008 at 10:41 AM. |
