  • Spuds something new?

    Well its new to me.

This year by mistake I ordered pre chitted spuds (Accord) by mistake. They proved OK and I got my first boiling after just 71/2 weeks. When I havested I noticed that the original seed potatoes looked in very good condition so nothing ventured nothing gained I put them in an egg box in the lean to.

The result can be seen in the pic below, I think I may have just got my Christmas spuds for free. If it works guess who will be ordering pre chitted next year.

    Colin.
