Growing things for the first time this year and jumped into the deep end regarding the number of different things I've started growing. I'm learning quickly but theres always a few things I'm not quite sure about.
Now I have a few tomato plants (Gardeners Delight) which I started late (like end of april) so only now has my biggest got a couple of sets of trusses that have not yet flowered (I know I'm pushing it for fruit in reality).
Anyway I've read things about cutting off side shoots so the plant puts all its energy into the fruit. However I'm not sure whats what and dont want to cut the wrong 'branches' off! I've added a few pics.
I almost want to cut the lower branches off because they are huge, but my gut feeling is the branches which look similar to the top of the main stem.
Also while I'm at it heres a pic of leaves off of one of my other tomatoe plants, is this a disease/pest or lack of nitrogen?
