One of my three courgette plants actually has fruit, whoop whoop. Being a first time grower my biggest is now 12-13cm with two others behind but growing. Should I pick now allow the plant to concentrate on others? Very silly question sorry....

I often pick them when they are really small and eat them there and then! There are usually loads waiting in the wings

Like the others have said, pick it & keep picking - I find they taste nicer a bit smaller, & you should get lots moreAnother happy Nutter...
