  • Round-up Ultra 3000: how soon can i plant seeds / spuds after use?

    Hi,

As title states, how soon can i plant seeds / spuds after using Round-up (it's the "Ultra 3000" variety).

I don't use this stuff usually, so am not familar with it.

I have dug a lot of new beds with things ready to go in, and need all the grass and weeds cleared out otherwise I know i will never weed it if it's a loss within the first 2 weeks!

Nothing on bottle and instructions long gone in the bin - and yes i know i'm crap!!

    Any advice much appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Nick

You have to spray this onto the leaves of weeds. If you've freshly dug the beds do you have any weed growth? If so I'd wait at least a weeks to check its taking effect.

the spuds should crowd out the weeds and earthing up will weaken them again - when you dig the spuds you could finish weeding then?
Jiving on down to the beach to see the blue and the gray, seems to be all and it's rosy-it's a beautiful day!
