I mean Problem 
Last year i grew new potatos in bags and i re-used the compost this year in a few pots and to fill up a raised bed. however when i used the last of it to topup the raised bed i found tiny wee spuds. just 4 but 4 healthy little spuds..
there has been no leaves or big roots visible. the soil was check over as i was removeing the crop last year where have they come from do you think they have just grown from the odd root?
and should i remove the soil i used in the pots ?
