    hi i have some concerns about our pumpkin plant it an atlantic giant we planted it out as it was getting quite large then we had some bad strong windy weather and the leaves got some damage to them will it be ok or should i remove the damaged leaves

      I'm not sure now whether to pot on my Atlantic Giants tomorrow or plant them out. They've certainly got to come out of the small pots they're in, I can see the roots coming out of the bottom. Decisions, decisions. Hope yours recovers Margaret.

        just nip them off

        I sowed my gp straight into the ground couple years ago - it produced a beast

        iv no option this year - got a couple in the greenhouse that are going in water drums to trail over stones, will have to see if it works or not

          im going to sow my squashes tomorrow in pots outside, and try and bring them in when it might frost...then move into final positions
