Hiya i had about 7 pumpkins as decoration on halloween and decided to keep all of the seeds so as you can imagine masses of seeds. Anyhoo left them to dry out and, well I must not have done that right as virtually all of them have germinated and I have masses of leaves and root coming out. What do I do if I plantthem up will they survive and will they need to be covered etc. Has taken me quite unawares. I couldnt even germinate seeds I had bought that well!

Pumpkins are tender. They won't survive the winter I'm afraid.

Bit late now, but you should have dried them, and then sown the seed in April 2010
