Default Potato - strange tomato thing on plant?
I've been growning potatoes for a while, I have never seen these small round tom like things growing from the plant. I understand they are the same family, but I would like to know if this is normal.

they are the seed pods .... like a tomato but poisonous ...... though you can grow potatoes from them.

Yep, there's a couple of threads on here with similar findings. Thankfully I read them before mine fruited! A few of us on here are keeping them and will try growing spuds from seed as experiments!

Just remember that they are very poisonous and to keep them well out of the reach of children.

we had them last year dont wont to panic anyone but it was just before we got blight
Personaly the next time i see them I'm digging up my spuds dont wont to risk lousing any of my crop
