    Are you VERY sure Hawthorns?

If you are then yes! ASAP lift and burn lest the toms and other spuds get it..sterilize all tools and wash yourself/boots before venturing in the tomato house.

    be sure though.

I pulled a plant with curly leafs last night .. It looked ill. It pulled up without any roots and the stem was very hard and not pliablecatvall.

Does that sound like this Virus? I hope not!

      Loving my allotment!

Hawthorns do you have a pic? Leaf roll will make the stem and leaves hard and brittle but as already said it would pay to make sure.

An other thought have you been attacked by aphids? as they can carry the virus.
