    plans for today?

    today i need to put netting round all the veggies that the squirrels keep digging up (and to prevent the cats pooing near them).. i've got bamboo canes and netting, will i be able to make something reasonable out of that?

    then i'm replacing the beans etc that the squirrels have dug up.. it's prob too late now but worth a try

    also got to repot the tomatoes and peppers as they've outgrown their pots

    what's everyone else up to?

    you'll need pop bottles or coke cans on top of your canes, for the net to rest on. should work OK

      how do you mean? put the canes in then put the bottles on top and then sorta drape the netting over it? i've only got 2 litre pop bottles, would that work?

          i've just built the worst ever netting type thing to protect my sweetcorn... strongly suspect OH is going to throw a fit when she comes home and sees the eyesore that i've made lol
