This year I have decided to try and grow sweet peppers for the first time. I would like to know when they can to planted outside (in east yorkshire) and how many can fit in a grow bag.

I grow them - but never outside (also in E Yorks.) I have to keep them in the greenhouse and even then, some never ripen.Whoever plants a garden believes in the future.

I've grown some outside in the borders in the past and I got some to ripen last year but they were small and nowhere near as productive as the ones in my greenhouse.
Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.
