  • Parsnip bolting ?

I have two short rows of parsnips that have been looking very healthy. However, a couple of the plants have grown what looks like seed/flower stalks. Are parsnips prone to bolting? Is there anything I can do?

    Thanks

A couple of my celeriac are bolting too. I've nicked off the flower heads and given them a darn good drink (we've had hot dry weather for over 2 weeks now)

Huh! Up here in Scotland, lack of water is definitely not the problem

I'll cut out the stalks and hope for the best - I wasn't sure if that would work.

      Thanks,
