    ...or did I?

    I pulled it, chopped off the leaves leaving approx 8 inches of 'gowth', stung em up to dry and then thought ...oops, should I have left ALL the growth on whilst drying?

    I have chopped all my stalks off and just leave them in the kitchen on the windowsill on my wooden herb chopper. The fat ones will go back in in a few months for next year's crop and the smaller ones are getting used as we cook.
