 Mini pop sweetcorn - how many hrs is full sun Hi Once, again my 4yr old has convinced me to grow one of his favourite veg. So, I have landed up with 6 mini pop sweetcorn plants in containers but the only place I have for them only gets about 4hrs sun per day. Is this enough to get some mini cobs? Not expecting a large yield but this 'grow your own' bug of mine as got him really hooked on veg and he is learning to try new varieties veg. Just wish it worked on my 2yr old. | Well, no. Four hours is not full sun, by any stretch. Give them a go anyway, you can always 'plant' some supermarket cobs on the plants when it comes to harvest time
