  • Is it to late to bother with Chilli?

A few months ago I ordered some stuff for the garden which I only received yesterday. I ordered a couple of salad planters, potato planters, seed sets and seeds. I also ordered a "grow your own chilli" kit. Now had all this stuff arrived 6 weeks ago it would have been fine but as it's taken so long (and they would not cancel my order) I have since gone out and got stuff from the garden centre.

So I will use the salad planters and the other stuff I should be able to find a use for but is it too late to bother with the chillis? I have some chilli's from the GC on the window ledge and they are doing fine at the moment so I was thinking of growing the chilli's on my window ledge in work as it gets a good bit of sun.

Normally I would say that it is to late to be sowing chillies. However as you will be growing them on a window ledge at work I would go for it. You should be able to keep the plant growing at least until Xmas and probably through the winter to give you a good start for next year. Good luck.
