    Here comes the sun!

    Well finally according to metereologists the jet stream has moved north and we are going to get summer, or at least here in the south east!

    Im not counting too many chickens yet, but the fore cast predicts temperatures between 24-31 for the end of the weekend and next week, which surely will do wonders for my, long static Pepper and Tomatoes?

    Hopefully it will stop the rot with my other plants too.

    Anyone else looking forward to the respite?

    Jet stream moving north may mean drier days for those of you in the south. But up here in the far north it means more rain.
    Sometimes you just have to scratch that itch and get dirt under your finger nails.

          I looked at an online weather forecast today, and there were pictures of this strange round yellow/orange thing for some days. Any idea what that's supposed to symbolise? Is it a new type of rain?

                The only downside is that I will have to start thinking about watering - and the hot sunny weather is due to start the day I go away!

                  I got my hopes up today as the forecast was reasonable and there's lots of talk of better weather looming - it rained all morning, the sun came out at lunch time and I got all excited but alas it rained again and its dull and dreary now. Business as usual My tomato plants are sulking and so am I. I can't even get my buddleia to flower

                      Sunday for 5 days. 25c here and i have zero chance of booking a few days leave At least it will still be warm and light after work though
