Help! Caterpillars eating my lovely Toms.

I seem to have an infestation of caterpillars munching away at my toms. The eggs are deep red and the caterpillars are light brown.

Can somebody advise a safe way to get rid of them seeing as some fo the toms are ready to eat.

Pick them off and squish them.

Mixture of washing up liquid and water in a spray bottle.
Obviously you'll have to rewash them before eating...

Pick the ripe toms off & inspect closely........
