  • Harvesting calabrese

    Mornin' folks
    my lovely calabrese is almost ready for harvesting, if i just cut off the edible bit and leave the rest of the plant in the ground will it grow more like PSB? Probs a daft question but never grown it before!

    Yup, you got it. A couple of weeks and you should start to see sprouts.

              probs gonna have to freeze some actually in that case as i have rather a lot, does it need blanching before freezing?

                I'm under the impression that most veg should be blanched before freezing, so I would blanche it, if I had any!
