Hanging baskets for tomatoes I have grown some trailing cherry tomato plants from seeds and I know they will need to be planted out soon. Which is the best shaped hanging basket for toms? At the moment I have a couple of small round ones but I was wondering whether I should get a couple of deeper cone shaped ones so there is more room for the roots?
Has anyone got any advice, as you can probably tell, I am new to this!
Thanks,
Anna

Last year I grew my cherry tomatoes in hanging baskets and just used the normal round ones- they came out fine and we had more tomatoes than we knew what to do with!!!!!!

You can also grow normal tomatoes in hanging baskets too and you can just leave them, you get a decent crop off them too. I always use gartenperle or tumbler in baskets and plant them with nasturtiums.
Best wishes
