  • Giant Red Onions anyone ?

Just grown my biggest red onions ever.
    4lb 2oz.
Just for a laugh I only planted them in 20 litre pots of compost and they went bonkers.

Please have a look at my Veg Growing Diary.

    Thanks.

Well done Dan! I've grown those before and they are quite tasty!

Am a regular reader of your blog and your efforts are truly inspiring - you must be well chuffed with these as you didn't take them too seriously at the start - or at least not as seriously as your other superb veg.

Ooh, I'm growing some of those this year (mine are Robinson's seed) and although they're doing well, I don't think they've got to that size

                          Beautiful Dan, well done
