Lots of garlic, that's what I like to see. That will keep you going for a bit. When was it planted?

Reason I ask, is that I put mine in at the end of October and nothing is showing yet. Broad beans planted at the same time are about 6" now what with all the mild weather (they are going to get a shock should it turn cold).

It must deter some animals as there's no footprints in among it but loads behind it?

Hoping to check mine tomorrow. Also gonna check on the state of me shed as it did have a tarp for a roof by way of temporary measure since lord knows when. OH made the shed but never got round to the roof. He's a builder you see so the project has joined a huge list of other, so far, unfinnished marvelous ideas.

Managed to get to my lottie yesterday and thankfully my glass fronted shed was still in one piece and my garlic is about the same height as yours. I planted it at the very end of October. I do love my garlic - seem to plant more and more every year!

                    Very nice.

Mine looked like that before the hurricane winds started to blow through. Hoping they will recover.

Looks great, you will have a nice lot there!

Some of mine are about that height and some are only just poking through, but they are in different parts of the garden in pots. My first year to grow garlic (I tried elephant garlic last year but they failed last year) so I am hoping they do ok this time.

My garlic still not coming up do you think it's a lost cause? And is it too late to plant a new batch if I can get hold of any?
