Default Garlic.... Is it OK?

My autumn planted garlic is starting to look a bit odd. It's as if it's got a rust type stuff on the leaves. I thought it was just ripening but I'm not sure now. The leaves are going light golden as they dry but with a brown marking on them.
Is it normal or have they got something? If they've got something would it be OK to harvest them to save the bulbs or not.

If your garlic does have rust Nicky, you can find some info here. Doesn't seem to be too serious.
Rust
I wouldn't dig them up. There might not be any bulbs yet. It's from now til July the bulbs get growing. Hope your plants are OK.
