Sorry ,cant find the place where someone wrote about filling empty space.Question is ,When i pull up my row of garlic up around june time, can i then put in some swede or turnips?I have limited space, should i put fertilizer in first?(my ignorance is showing)I started off last year with just pots and have got the gardening bug now!Bad hips stopped me at first, now i keep up with my painkillers and enjoy the fuller growing experience. also grandson Tom helps with the real heavy stuff.
