  • dwarf green beans

    i have grown some dwarf green beans, the question i have is that my mother said something about nipping them????

    unfortunately she has gone abroad so cannot ask what she meant, apparently it helps them grow, does she mean nipping the ends off or something?

    Probably but don't do it. Just leave them be.

      You would nip out the growing point of a climbing bean, to stop it at about 5 or 6 foot... but there's no danger of that happening to a dwarfie

          They often think they do You really don't need to nip anything out to keep them dwarf.
