| Hi suesybabe, I decided to taste my cues after posting my reply & the one I cut was very hard skinned with large seeds in so I peeled it & flicked the seeds out before I sliced it up- tasted alright, posting a couple of photos I took for you to compare with yours.

| Hi Suesybabe and welcome to the vine. Sue A my marketmores look quite a bit like that. They haven't grown long either just stubby. I am not complaining the fact they grew and have fruited as well as they have has made me a very proud lady. Taste so much better than shop bought even with skin and pips. Still haven't mastered the photo thingy ![]()

| Think it probably is suesybabe, the ones I had though were outdoor but look a lot slimmer & longer on photos of the variety, but I suppose it just varies with the weather, watering, feeding etc. & mine turned out a bit 'stumpy'.
