Hi bigdog, welcome to the vine.
Some all female cucumbers if they get stressed for what ever reason start to produce male flowers. It could be down to not being watered enough, too much water, too hot, too cold anything can cause stress. You can pick the male flowers off, because if you leave them on they could cause your cucumbers to go bitter if they fertilise the Lady flowers.
