Default Cucumber flowers !

Hi folks, hope your all ok, seem to remember reading a thread about cutting off male flowers from the cuc plant but cant find it, is this what i should be doing ? Thanks (take it the males are the ones without the small fruit behind ! )

depends which type you are growing - some need the male flower for pollination

Should be all female then. I will stick my neck out and say remove male flowers if there are female ones open too - it shouldn't make many male ones once it gets going.

Sorry to jump on your post bfb! I bought a baby cuc plant from a sale a few weeks ago but I don't have a clue what type it is, or if I should remove male flowers, or even how to tell the difference between male and female flowers, any tips would be much appreciated
